乡村振兴背景下边远少数民族地区三产融合的路径探究

摘　　要：基于贵州NG镇的案例进行分析,研究结果表明:目前NG镇对三产融合发展进行探索的工农业深度融合、加工流通与康养及电子商务等产业深度融合、农文旅一体化融合发展和农业金融深度融合在实施过程中存在相应困境,主要包括产业融合层次浅、要素支撑能力弱、利益协调不善等。针对NG镇现实存在的典型问题,研究认为三产融合振兴边远少数民族地区应走以下路径:一是准确瞄准要素的投入:增加财产投入、吸引本地人才、引进先进技术、完善产业制度;二是加强融合后的保障机制:加大政策支持力度、建立科学利益联结机制、建立完善风险防范机制。Based on the case study of NG Town in Guizhou Province, the study finds that there are some difficulties in the implementation of the deep integration of agriculture and industry, the deep integration of processing and circulation, health and wellness and e-commerce, the integration of agriculture, culture and tourism, and the deep integration of agricultural finance in NG Town, mainly including the shallow level of industrial integration, weak factor support capacity, and poor coordination of interests. In view of the typical problems in NG Town, the study suggests that the following paths should be taken to revitalize remote minority areas through the integration of three industries: first, pay special attention to the input of elements: increasing financial input, attracting local talents, introducing advanced technology and improving industrial system;second, strengthen the safeguard mechanism after the integration: increase policy support, establishing scientific interest binding system as well as establishing and improving risk prevention mechanism.
