集体林权制度改革下不同类型林农林地投入行为的影响因素分析——基于博乐市林地种植农户的调研

摘　　要：不同类型的林农对林地的投入存在较大差异,其投入行为的影响因素是我国林农地改革研究的重点。以新疆博乐市为例,通过实地调查和实证分析,对集体林权制度改革后林农林地投入行为的影响因素展开分析。调查结果表明:林农林地投入行为受到经营模式和经营林种、林地规模、林地流转市场和林地资源禀赋多种因素的影响。基于本研究结果,作出如下建议:政府可因地制宜地根据当地的实际情况,引导创建适合当地林农的政策,真正起到带动引领林农增加收入的作用。There are great differences in the input of different types of forest farmers to forest land, and the influencing factors of their input behavior are the focus of forest land reform in China. Taking Xinjiang Bole as an example, this paper analyzes the influencing factors of the forestry input behavior of forest farmers after the collective forest right system reform through field investigation and empirical analysis. The survey results show that the forestry input behavior of forest farmers is affected by various factors, including management mode, managed forest category, forestry land scale, forestry land circulation market and forest land resource endowment. Based on the results, the following suggestions are given: the government shall adapt measures to local conditions, guide the creation of policies suitable for the local forest farmers according to the local actual conditions, and really play a role in driving the forest farmers to increase their income.
