摘　　要：云南是我国面向中国-中南半岛经济走廊各国的辐射中心。利用技术转移的支撑,云南应加快特色产业发展,提升在中国-中南半岛经济走廊地区的城市影响力,对促进我国在区域内科技创新发展具有重要作用。研究从影响因素入手,以2015—2020年云南向中国-中南半岛经济走廊进行技术输出为研究对象,建立了以云南为主体、中国-中南半岛经济走廊国家为受体的技术转移有效性研究框架,利用灰色评价法进行模糊性评价分析,以期为进行前因组态分析提供有效工具。Yunnan is China’s radiation center facing the countries of the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor. Using technology transfer, Yunnan can accelerate the development of characteristic industries, enhance the urban influence in the region of the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor, and play an important role in facilitating the development of scientific and technological innovation in the region. Starting from the influencing factors, this paper takes Yunnan’s technology output to the China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor from 2015 to 2020 as the research object, establishes a research framework for the effectiveness of technology transfer with Yunnan as the main body and China-Indochina Peninsula Economic Corridor countries as the receptors, and uses grey evaluation method to carry out fuzzy evaluation analysis in order to provide an effective tool for antecedent configuration analysis.
