摘　　要：目的构建肺癌术后患者离院后护士主导的延续性护理模式,为患者提供全面、连续、协调、专业的服务。方法在文献回顾与课题小组会议的基础上形成模式初稿并拟定专家咨询表;采用德尔菲专家咨询法,于2021年3-4月对15位专家进行2轮咨询,最终修订形成模式内容。结果2轮咨询有效问卷回收率均为100%,专家权威系数为0.90,各级指标协调系数分别为0.368、0.424和0.389。最终形成的肺癌术后患者离院后护士主导的延续性护理模式包括6项一级指标、18项二级指标和66项三级指标。结论本研究构建的肺癌术后患者离院后护士主导的延续性护理模式具有良好的科学性与可靠性,内容全面,可为规范肺癌术后离院患者的延续性护理实践提供科学参考。Objective To construct a nurse-led continuous care model for patients discharged from hospital after lung cancer surgery,providing comprehensive,continuous,coordinated,and professional services for patients.Methods On the basis of literature review and subject group meeting,the draft of the model was formed and the expert consultation table was drawn up.Delphi expert consultation method was adopted to carry out two rounds of consultation among 15 experts from March to April 2021,and the content of the model was finally revised and formed.Results The effective questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.90,and the coordination coefficients of indicators at all levels were 0.368,0.424,and 0.389,respectively.Finally,the nurse-led continuous care model for patients discharging from hospital after lung cancer surgery included 6 first-level indicators,18 second-level indicators,and 66 third-level indicators.Conclusion The constructed nurse-led continuous care model for patients discharging from hospital after lung cancer surgery is of good scientific nature and reliability,with comprehensive content,which can provide scientific reference for standardizing the continuous care practice of patients discharging from hospital after lung cancer surgery.
