新时代产业工人技能素质提升的路径优化

摘　　要：产业工人是新时代最直接的参与者和建设者,其技能素质的提升是大力推动产业工人队伍建设改革的现实需要。针对产业工人技能素质提升的现状及问题,可以通过强化思想政治建设,让产业工人心有所属;加大产业工人队伍建设改革力度,让产业工人能有所得;加强产业工人队伍建设,让产业工人技有所长;强化服务保障,让产业工人权有所依。大力推进产业工人队伍建设改革,努力建设高素质劳动大军,为中国经济稳定发展奠定人才基础。Industrial workers are the direct participants and builders in the new era.Improving their skills and quality is also a sure path of workers’ reform.In view of the current situation and problems,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:strengthen the ideological and political education,so that workers can have strong wills and a sense of belonging;increase team reformation,so that workers can have better income;promote team training,so that workers have unique skills;strengthen policy support,so that when workers claim their rights,there are laws and regulations to follow.By promoting the reform of workers’ team and building a high-quality labor force in this way,trade unions can lay a talent foundation for the stable development of China’s economy.
