摘  要:为了避免游梁式抽油机胶带传动系统带来的问题,电机主轴需要采用直接与减速机相连的半直驱方式,而这种方式的优劣取决于核心部件盘式开关磁阻电机性能的好坏。鉴于此,通过理论分析了径向磁通和轴向磁通盘式开关磁阻电机的轴向长度、外直径、直径比及纵横比等参数对转矩性能的影响,从而获得最佳的电磁结构。运用解析法计算了两种结构电机的磁化曲线,重点突出了轴向磁通开关磁阻电机的磁化曲线计算,并在准三维解析法的基础上,将直线开关磁阻电机的气隙磁导求解方法应用到该计算中。通过三维有限元数值分析法进行了电机结构优化并确定了样机参数。通过搭建样机试验平台验证了理论分析的正确性及可行性。装机试验结果表明,相较于三相异步电机和交流永磁伺服电机,样机的有功节电率分别达到27.4%和7.9%。盘式开关磁阻电机能够匹配抽油机的工作特性而达到生产节能的效果。In order to avoid the problems caused by the belt drive system of the beam-pumping unit,the motor spindle needs to be connected to the reducer directly in the semi-direct drive mode.The advantages and disadvantages of this mode depend on the performance of the core component that is the disc-type switched reluctance motor.In view of this,the influences of axial length,outer diameter,diameter ratio,aspect ratio and other parameters of radial flux and axial flux disc-type switched reluctance motor on the torque performance were analyzed theoretically,so as to obtain the best electromagnetic structure.The magnetization curves of two kinds of motors were calculated by using analytical method,with emphasis on the calculation of magnetization curves of axial flux switched reluctance motor.Based on quasi-three-dimensional analytical method,the air-gap permeance solution method of linear switched reluctance motor was applied to this calculation.Three-dimensional finite element numerical analysis was conducted to optimize the motor structure and determine the prototype parameters.The correctness and feasibility of the theoretical analysis were verified by building a prototype test platform.The installation test results show that,compared with three-phase asynchronous motor and AC permanent magnet servo motor,the active power saving rate of the prototype is 27.4% and 7.9%,respectively.The disc-type switched reluctance motor can match the working characteristics of pumping unit and achieve energy-saving production.
