摘 要:水力喷射径向钻孔技术可以增加低渗透储层以及非常规油气井的泄油通道,而自进式多孔射流钻头是径向水平井技术的关键核心器件。为了探讨多孔射流钻头的流场特性,利用数值仿真软件ANSYS-CFX建立了自进式多孔射流钻头三维流场有限元数值模型,通过改变自进式多孔射流钻头前、后喷孔角度及前、后喷孔数量等组合参数,开展了射流钻头自进力、喷射速度以及三维流场特性分析,并与解析模型及试验结果进行比较。仿真分析结果表明:在多孔射流钻头设计时存在一个最佳前、后喷孔角度和前、后喷孔数量组合模式,可获得较大自进力和径向水平孔眼;自进力数值模拟结果与解析计算结果、室内试验结果高度契合,证明了数值模型精度较高。所采用的研究方法与模拟结果可以作为径向水平井射流钻进自进力评估依据。Radial horizontal well technology,which is based on hydraulic jet radial drilling,can increase the drainage capacity of low permeability reservoirs and unconventional oil and gas wells,and self-propelled multi-nozzle jet bit is the core component of radial horizontal well technology.In order to discuss the flow field characteristics of multi-nozzle jet bit,the numerical simulation software ANSYS-CFX was used to establish a finite element numerical model of the three-dimensional flow field of the self-propelled multi-nozzle jet bit.By changing the parameter combinations of the self-propelled multi-nozzle jet bit such as the front and back nozzle angles and numbers,the self-propelled force,jet velocity and three-dimensional flow field characteristics of the jet bit were analyzed.And the simulation results were compared with the analytical model results as well as experimental results.The simulation results show that there is an optimal combination of front and back nozzle angles and numbers in the design of the multi-nozzle jet bit to obtain greater self-propelled force and larger radial horizontal holes.The numerical simulation results of self-propelled force highly fit with the analytical calculation results and indoor test results,which proves that the numerical model has high accuracy.The study method and simulation results can be used as the bases for evaluating the self-propelled force of jet drilling in radial horizontal wells.
