摘 要:针对渤海油田化学驱配液除气保黏的工艺过程,提出一种前置式脱气泵装置。通过Fluent软件对该装置内流场进行两相流数值模拟,探究了其转速、抽气压力及流量参数对脱气性能的影响,运用Box-Behnken法设计正交试验组,生成响应面模型(RSM),评估了在工况参数交互作用下对装置脱气性能的影响。研究表明:转毂叶片区域气泡直径约为0.8 mm,可作为后续采用均一气泡直径法进行计算的参考依据;其余参数不变时,脱气率随着流量及抽气压力的增大而升高,随着转速的升高呈先升后降的趋势,在2500 r/min时,最大约为74.65%,抽气压力对脱气率的影响最为显著;经计算最大脱气率可达到76.17%。所得结论可为油田化学驱配液工艺设备设计提供理论参考。For degassing and viscosity-keeping process of chemical flooding fluid in Bohai Oilfield,a front degassing pump was proposed.Numerical simulation of two-phase flow in the pump was carried out by using Fluent software,and the effects of rotating speed,pumping pressure and flow rate parameters on degassing performances were studied.The orthogonal test group was designed by using Box-Behnken method,and the response surface model(RSM)was generated,and the influences of interaction between operating parameters on the pump degassing performances were evaluated.The results show that the bubble diameter in rotor blade area is about 0.8 mm,which could be used as a reference for subsequent calculations in the uniform bubble diameter method.When other parameters are constant,the degassing rate increases with the increase of flow rate and pumping pressure,while it increases first and then decreases with the increase of rotating speed,reaching the maximum about 74.65% at 2500 r/min.The pumping pressure has the most significant influence on the degassing rate.The maximum degassing rate reaches 76.17%.The conclusions provide a theoretical reference for the equipment design for chemical flooding fluid preparation process in oil fields.
