摘  要:为探明增压与喷油控制信号时序之间的相互配合对超高压共轨系统喷射特性的影响规律和成因机理,在介绍系统数学模型的基础上,建立了超高压共轨系统的仿真模型,分析了在不同共轨压力下控制时差对超高压共轨系统喷油特性的影响。结果表明:随着控制时差的增大,喷油速率曲线形态逐渐从矩形过渡到斜坡形再到靴形,但最大喷油速率基本相同,且存在小范围的波动;同时,喷油量随着控制时差的增大基本呈线性减小的趋势;喷油开启延迟随控制时差的变化呈现出不规律的变化趋势,即在控制时差为0 ms时,喷油开启延迟比其他情形都明显增大。Aiming to ascertain the regular effect and its formation mechanism of the interaction between the pressurization and fuel injection control signal timing on the fuel injection characteristics of ultra high pressure common rail system,the simulation model of ultra high pressure common rail system was established on the basis of the mathematical model of the system,and the effect of control time interval on the fuel injection characteristics of the system under different common rail pressure were analyzed.The results show that with the increase of control time interval,the injection rate curve gradually transits from the shape of rectangle to that of slope and then of saddle,but the maximum injection rate is basically the same,and there is a small range of fluctuations.At the same time,the fuel injection quantity decreases linearly with the increase of control time interval.However,the change of fuel injection opening delay against the control time interval shows an irregular trend,i.e.,when the control time interval is 0 ms,the fuel injection opening delay is significantly greater than in other cases.
