摘 要:当前,在舰船消磁系统设计过程中,消磁绕组的电感一直被视为一个不变的常数,而没有考虑交流激励信号产生的涡流作用将影响消磁系统绕组的配置,进而影响消磁性能。针对此问题,提出了一种基于有限元方法虑及频率影响的缩比船模垂向消磁绕组电感计算方法,通过开展缩比船模的三维涡流场仿真提取了缩比船模垂向消磁绕组的交流电感,给出了其实现步骤,并通过与实测值对比验证了其有效性。Presently,in the design process of ship degaussing system,the inductance of the degaus-sing winding is always regarded as a constant without considering the influence of the eddy current generated by the AC excitation signal,which will affect the configuration of the degaussing system winding and thus the degaussing performance.Aiming at this problem,a method for calculating the inductance of the vertical degaussing windings was proposed,which allows for the influence of frequency.AC inductance of vertical degaussing windings of a scale ship was extracted through vortex simulation of the scale ship,the implementation of the steps were given,and its validity was verified by comparing with the actually measured value.
