影响患者选择微信公众号预约复印病案服务的因素分析研究

摘　　要：目的 分析影响患者选择微信公众号预约复印病案服务的因素,为进一步提高病案服务能力提供科学依据。方法 收集广州市某三甲医院2020年1月1日至2020年12月31日通过微信公众号预约复印病案和现场复印病案的住院病案首页信息和复印信息。运用二元logistic回归,分析10个指标对患者选择微信预约复印病案服务的影响。结果 微信公众号预约复印与现场复印在复印张数、复印用途、申请者与患者关系、复印日期与出院日期相隔天数的分布上具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。单因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,性别、年龄、职业、病人来源、现住址、付款方式、出院科室、病例分型影响患者选择微信公众号预约复印病案服务(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、职业、病人来源、现住址、出院科室是影响申请者选择微信预约公众号复印病案服务的独立影响因素。18~45岁(OR=2.08)、职员/技术人员(OR=1.67)、外省或外国户籍(OR=1.75)、现住址为外省或外国(OR=1.76)、出院科室为妇产儿科(OR=1.47)的更倾向于选择微信公众号预约复印病案(P<0.05)。结论 年龄、职业、病人来源、现住址、出院科室是影响申请者选择微信公众号预约复印病案服务的重要因素,医院应结合以上因素,制定措施,提高微信公众号预约复印病案服务的质量和范围。Objective To analyze factors influencing patients ’choice of medical record reservation copy service on Wechat public account,further improve the medical record service ability.Methods The first page information and copy information of Wechat public account reservation medical records copy cases and on-site medical records copy cases were collected from January 1,2020 to December 31,2020 in a third-class hospital in Guangzhou.Binary logistic regression was used to analyze the influence of 10 index on patients’ choice of medical record reservation copying service on Wechat public account.Results There were differences of the copies number,purpose of copies,relationship between the applicant and the patient,days between copy date and discharge date between the Wechat public account reservation medical records copy cases and on-site medical records copy cases(P<0.05).Univariate Logistic regression analysis showed that gender,age,occupation,patient origin,current address,mode of payment,discharge department,and case type influenced patients to choose medical record reservation copy service on Wechat public account(P<0.05).Multiple Logistic Regression analysis showed that age,occupation,patient source,current address and discharge department were the independent factors that influenced patients to choose medical record reservation copy service on Wechat public account(P<0.05).Patients aged 18-45 years old(OR=2.08),staff/technical personnel(OR=1.67),provincial or foreign household registration(OR=1.75),Current address is provincial or foreign(OR=1.76) and discharged department of obstetrics,gynecology and pediatrics(OR=1.47) were more likely to choose medical record reservation copy service on Wechat public account(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,occupation,patient source,current address and discharge department are the important factors that influence the applicants to choose medical record reservation copy service on Wechat public account.The hospital should take into account the above factors and formulate measures to im
