摘 要:目的 探讨PDCA循环法在缩短医院平均住院日过程中的持续改进效果。方法 用头脑风暴法、问卷调查法等方法分析某三甲综合医院2017年平均住院日较长的原因,2018年1月起制定措施并持续改进,2019年进行第二次PDCA循环。对比PDCA管理后2018年和2019年平均住院日及相关绩效考核等方面的数据。结果 通过头脑风暴法和问卷调查法,总结出影响平均住院日的四个主要原因,即人员、工作效率、绩效激励、信息化等。该院平均住院日2017年8.72天,实施PDCA循环后,2018年8.46天(t=3.0,P=0.006),2019年7.52天(t=10.4,P<0.001),差异具有统计学意义。结论 该院运用PDCA循环缩短医院平均住院日的效果显著,提高了医院管理效率和运行效率。Objective To explore the effect of continuous improvement of PDCA circulation in shortening the average length of stay in hospital.Methods The reason of the long average length of stay in a general hospital in 2017 was analyzed by means of Brainstorming and questionnaire,and the PDCA cycle was carried out in 2019.Comparison of PDCA management in 2018 and 2019 after the average length of stay and related performance appraisal data.Results By means of Brainstorming and questionnaire survey,four main factors affecting the average length of stay were summarized,namely,personnel,work efficiency,performance motivation,informationization,etc.The average hospitalization days were 8.72 days in 2017,8.46 days in 2018(t = 3.0,p = 0.006) and 7.52 days in 2019(t = 10.4,P<0.001) after PDCA cycle.Conclusion The effect of using PDCA circulation to shorten the average length of stay in the hospital is remarkable,which improves the efficiency of hospital management and operation.
