河北省某三甲医院2018年疾病及死因构成帕累托图分析

摘　　要：目的 掌握某三级甲等医院出院患者疾病构成及因素类型,为优化配置资源,制定疾病预防措施提供依据。方法 提取2018年1月1日-2018年12月31日155544名住院患者的住院病案首页信息,以主要诊断为依据,按照ICD-10标准进行疾病分类统计,并用帕累托图分析疾病构成情况,采用SPSS22.0统计软件进行数据整理与分析。结果 疾病类别构成呈现较为集中的特征,循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤、神经系统疾病、消化系统疾病、泌尿生殖系统疾病属于因素类别中的A类,是主要因素,占所有出院患者总人数的79.11%。死因构成中,损伤中毒和外伤病死率达1.32%,位于第一顺位,呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病病死率分别为0.61%和0.58%,位于第三位和第四位,差别均有统计学意义。结论 循环系统疾病、呼吸系统疾病、肿瘤发病率居前三位,病死率较高的是损伤中毒和外伤、呼吸系统疾病和循环系统疾病,是防治关注的重点。Objective To master the disease composition and factors of patients discharged from a third-grade hospital,and provide evidence for optimizing the allocation of resources and developing disease prevention measures.Methods From January 1,2018 to December 31,2018,the first page information of 155544 hospitalized patients was extracted.Based on the main diagnosis,the disease classification statistics were carried out according to ICD-10 standard,and the disease composition was analyzed by Pareto chart.The data were sorted and analyzed by spss22.0 statistical software.Results The composition of disease categories presents relatively concentrated characteristics.Circulatory system diseases,respiratory system diseases,tumors,neurological diseases,digestive system diseases,and genitourinary system diseases belong to category A in the factor category.It is the main factor and accounts for the total number of discharged patients 79.11% are the focus of prevention and treatment.Among the causes of death,the fatality rate of injury poisoning and some other consequences of external causes was 1.32%,which was in the first order.The fatality rates of respiratory system diseases and circulatory system diseases were 0.61% and 0.58%,respectively,which were in the third and fourth place,with statistically significant differences.Conclusion The incidence of circulatory system diseases,respiratory system diseases and tumors ranks in the top three.The higher fatality rates are injury,poisoning and trauma,respiratory system diseases and circulatory system diseases,which are the focus of prevention and treatment.
