摘　　要：目的 分析糖尿病患者的住院费用,为糖尿病医疗费用控制提供参考。方法 收集医院2019年1月1日-2019年12月31日2999例糖尿病患者住院费用数据,对患者个人信息和住院费用分布和构成情况进行描述性分析,利用Kruskal-Wallis检验和用Logistic回归对糖尿病患者住院费用影响因素进行单因素分析和多因素分析。结果 糖尿病患者住院费用的均数为8454.49元,中位数为6545.22元。在糖尿病患者住院费用的构成中,位于前3位的为诊断类费(33.71%)、西药品费(25.27%)和医疗耗材费(20.76%)。糖尿病患者住院费用的主要影响因素依次为住院天数、入院次数、年龄、医疗付款方式和入院途径。结论 住院天数是糖尿病患者住院费用影响因素中最重要的部分,合理控制住院天数可以有效控制住院费用的不合理增长。Objectives To analyze the hospitalization expenses of patients with diabetes,and provide reference for the control of diabetes medical expenses.Methods A descriptive analysis of the distribution and composition of patients’ personal information and hospitalization expenses was conducted by collecting the hospitalization expenses data of 2999 patients with diabetes from January 1st,2019 to December 31st,2019.Kruskal-Wallis test and Logistic regression were used to conduct univariate and multivariate analysis on the influencing factors of hospitalization costs in diabetic patients.Results The mean hospitalization cost of diabetic patients was 8454.49yuan,and the median was 6545.22 yuan.In the composition of hospitalization expenses for diabetic patients,the top three expenses were diagnosis expenses(33.71%),western medicine expenses(25.27%) and medical consumables expenses(20.76%).The main influencing factors of hospitalization cost of diabetic patients were length of stay,hospitalization frequency,age,medical payment method and admission route.Conclusions Hospitalization days were the most important part of influencing factors of hospitalization expenses for patients with diabetes.Reasonable control of hospitalization days could effectively control the unreasonable increase of hospitalization expenses.
