摘　　要：病案借阅无纸化是医院信息发展的必然趋势,传统纸质的病案借阅申请没有规范的格式、借阅范围界定不明、申请书写随意、借阅超期较多、人工管理耗时耗人,为了解决这些问题,某医院通过病案借阅流程的两次改造将病案web借阅网址嵌入到医生工作站和OA系统,医师统一在住院医师站菜单申请借阅病案,职能科室统一在OA系统流程申请借阅病案,借阅申请直接链接病案示踪系统,审核直接OA流程完成,借阅病案催还通过企业微信HIS推送。经过一段时间的实践操作,流程顺畅、操作简便,达到了预期的管理效果。双角色病案web借阅的实现优化了病案借阅流程,规范了借阅行为、精准了借阅信息、提升了病案管理人员的工作效率,最终使得病案借阅管理规范性、合法性、高效性、科学性得到进一步提高。The paperless borrowing of medical records is an inevitable trend of the development of hospital information.In order to solve these problems,the traditional application for borrowing medical records on paper has no standard format,the scope of borrowing is unclear,the application is written at random,the borrowing period is much overdue,and manual management is time-consuming and time-consuming.A hospital embedded the web website of medical records borrowing into the doctor workstation and OA system through two changes of the medical records borrowing process.Physicians applied for borrowing medical records in the menu of resident station,and functional departments applied for borrowing medical records in the OA system process.The application for borrowing medical records was directly linked to the medical record tracing system,and the direct OA process was completed.The request for borrowing medical records is also pushed through the wechat HIS of the enterprise.After a period of practice,the process is smooth and easy to operate,and the expected management effect has been achieved.The realization of double-role web medical record lending optimizes the medical record lending process,standardizes the borrowing behavior,corrects the borrowing information,improves the work efficiency of medical record management personnel,and finally further improves the standardization,legality,efficiency and scientificity of medical record lending management.
