某三甲医院2010年-2019年住院死亡病例相关数据分析

摘　　要：目的 通过分析某院住院死亡病例相关指标,为医院管理和疾病防治工作提供信息服务,为提高医疗质量、降低病死率提供参考依据。方法 于某院病案信息系统检索2010年1月1日-2019年12月31日期间住院死亡患者信息,共调取5745例死亡患者住院病案首页。分别计算某院不同性别病死率;不同年龄段病死率;根据主要诊断等信息分析住院死亡患者死因构成及排位,组间数据进行统计学分析。结果 10年间某院住院患者共计609 533人次,住院死亡患者5745人,其中男性3586人,女性2159人,病死率男性1.21%,高于女性的0.69%,两两比较,c^(2)=439.01,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;不同年龄组中,71岁-80岁组死亡患者最多,不同年龄分组的病死率比较,c^(2)=5732.45,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义;所有死亡患者按照死亡主要诊断分类,排名前3位的疾病系统为呼吸系统、循环系统和肿瘤;排名前3位疾病为急性心肌梗死、肺炎和支气管和肺恶性肿瘤;其中恶性肿瘤排名前3位为支气管和肺恶性肿瘤、多发性骨髓瘤和恶性浆细胞肿瘤以及胰恶性肿瘤。结论 呼吸系统疾病、循环系统疾病以及恶性肿瘤为某院死亡的3大主要疾病,应加强对恶性肿瘤的预防和控制,降低恶性肿瘤病死率;加强呼吸系统、循环系统等慢性病的防治与管理。Objectives By analyzing the related indicators of inpatient death cases in a hospital,information service was provided for hospital management and disease prevention and control,and reference basis was provided for improving medical quality and reducing fatality rate.The emphasis of health education should be clarified,hospital quality management should be strengthened,medical and human resources should be rationally allocated,and the fatality rate of various diseases should be reduced.Methods The information of patients who died in hospital from January 1 st,2010 to December 31 st,2019 was retrieved from the medical record information system,and the front page of the inpatient medical records of 5745 patients who died was retrieved.The mortality rates of different genders in a hospital were calculated respectively,and mortality rate in different age groups.According to the main diagnosis information,the cause of death and ranking of inpatients were analyzed,and the data between groups were statistically analyzed.Results In 10 years,there were 609 533 inpatients in a hospital,5745 patients died in the hospital,including 3586 males and 2159 females.The fatality rate of male was 1.21%,which was higher than that of female(0.69%),c~2=439.01,P<0.05,had statistical significance.Among different age groups,71-80 years old group had the most death.The comparison of mortality among different age groups was c~2= 5732.45,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.According to the main diagnostic classification of death,the top three disease systems were respiratory system,circulatory system and tumor.The top three diseases were acute myocardial infarction,pneumonia and bronchial and pulmonary malignancy.The top three malignancies were bronchial and lung malignancies,multiple myeloma and malignant plasma cell tumors,and pancreatic malignancies.Conclusions Respiratory system diseases,circulatory system diseases and malignant tumor were the three main diseases that cause death in a hospital.Prevention and control o
