摘  要:目的 通过分析某院“青苗”计划申报者和获批情况的数据,为加强某院医学科研人才队伍建设提供依据。方法 数据来源于2015年1月1日2021年12月31日某市属医院科研平台,调取历年申报和获批“青苗”计划人员的申报材料等相关数据,共获取109人次的申报“青苗”计划及获批的57人次数据。采用Excel软件建立数据库,采用频数及构成比描述“青苗”计划申报人员的年龄、性别、学位、职称、申报及获批情况等,采用趋势性卡方检验分析各年间“青苗”计划获批率的时间变化趋势。结果 2015年-2021年医院共申报“青苗”计划109人次,获批57人,整体获批率为52.3%;入选当年年龄均为38岁以下,31岁~35岁的34人,占64.91%;博士学位获批者占总82.46%;中级职称获批者最多,占54.39%;入选人数最多的前3个学科分别为内科学入选18人,外科学入选7人,药学入选6人;入选人员中有55人承担或承担过局级及以上课题,占总人数的96.49%。结论 在人才培养中应多关注临床应用研究方面的人才培养和能力提升,建立多元化的人才培养机制,而精细化制度建设是人才分层分类培养的保障,以学科建设带动科研人才成长。Objectives To provide the basis for strengthening the construction of medical research personnel in a hospital by analyzing the data of applicants and approval of “Green Seedling” program.Methods The data were collected from the scientific research platform of a municipal hospital on January 1 st,2015 and December 31 st,2021.The data of 109 applicants and 57 approved applicants were collected.Excel software was used to establish a database,and frequency and composition ratio were used to describe the age,gender,degree,professional title,application and approval of the applicants,etc.,and the trend chi-square test was used to analyze the time trend of the approval rate of the "Green Seedlings" program in each year.Results From 2015 to 2021,a total of 109 people applied for "Green Seedling" program,57 people were approved,the overall approval rate was 52.3%.All of them were under 38 years old in the year of inclusion,and 34 were between 31 and 35 years old,accounting for 64.91%;82.46% of the total approved doctoral degree;intermediate professional titles were the most approved,accounting for 54.39%;the top three disciplines with the largest number of participants were internal medicine 18,surgery 7,pharmacy 6.Among the selected personnel,55 had undertaken or undertaken projects at bureau level or above,accounting for 96.49%.Conclusions In personnel training,more attention should be paid to personnel training and ability improvement in clinical application research,and a diversified personnel training mechanism should be established.The construction of fine system was the guarantee of personnel training by stratification and classification,and the development of scientific research personnel could be driven by discipline construction.
