焦点记录法在高压氧科护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探讨高压氧科护理中焦点记录法的应用,以期为临床护理提供参考。方法 随机选取某三甲医院2019年6月30日-2020年5月31日82例患者做为对照组,2020年6月1日-2021年5月31日82例患者做为观察组。对照组采取常规记录法,观察组采用焦点记录法,对比两组患者的抑郁自评量表及焦虑自评量表评分、满意度及生活质量变化。结果 观察组患者的满意例78例,满意率为95.12%高于对照组的满意例62例,满意率75.61%,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者干预后SDS(40.73±4.12)分和SAS(39.86±3.80)分低于对照组干预后(46.68±2.98、45.57±4.21)分,且两组均低于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者干预后生理机能(69.83±5.45)分、一般健康(67.28±4.25)分、精神健康(65.89±4.12)分和社会功能评(64.87±5.10)分高于对照组(56.76±3.97、53.21±4.77、50.38±3.89、49.98±4.36)分,差异均有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论 焦点记录法在高压氧科的应用,可提高护理人员观察病情能力,加强医患沟通,降低患者焦虑抑郁等负性心理,改善患者生活质量,促进患者康复。Objectives To explore the application of focus recording method in hyperbaric oxygen nursing work,in order to provide reference for clinical nursing.Methods 164 patients receiving hyperbaric oxygen treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were analyzed and divided into control group(82 cases) and observation group(82 cases) according to random number table method.The control group was used routine recording method and the observation group was used focus recording method.The SDS and SAS scores,satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the two groups,78 cases of patients in the observation group were satisfied(total satisfaction + general satisfaction),and the satisfaction rate was 95.12%,which was higher than the 62 cases of patients in the control group,and the satisfaction rate was 75.61%,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The scores of SDS(40.73±4.12) and SAS(39.86±3.80) in observation group after intervention were lower than those in control group after intervention,and both groups were lower than before intervention(P<0.05),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,general health,mental health and social function of patients after intervention were higher than those before intervention(P<0.05),and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The focus recording method had good effect in hyperbaric oxygen nursing work,could speed up the recovery of patients’ function,reduce patients’ negative psychology,and improve patients’ quality of life.
