摘　　要：老年患者因器官功能减退,储备能力下降,多种慢性病共存、衰弱、营养状态减弱等因素,手术风险增加。制定老年患者围术期风险防控策略,能够减少术后并发症的出现,保障手术安全。有效的多学科协作机制,可以整合医疗资源,进行整体诊疗;标准化流程设计,规范化治疗方案,是诊疗同质化的有利保障;加速康复外科策略的实施,能够对围术期进行优化管理;新技术、微创技术的应用,高水平老年围术期管理团队的发展,是老年手术安全性有效性的基石。只有加强老年围术期的管理,才能进一步有效降低手术风险,缩短住院时间,提升老年患者生活质量。Elderly patients have increased surgical risk due to organ dysfunction,decreased reserve capacity,comorbidity,frailty,weakened nutritional status,etc.Developing strategies of perioperative risk prevention and control for elderly patients can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications and ensure the safety of surgery.Effective multi-disciplinary team can integrate medical resources and carry out overall treatment;Standardized process and treatment plan are the guarantee for the elderly.Enhanced recovery after surgery can optimize the perioperative management;The application of new technology and minimally invasive technology as well as the development of high-level perioperative management team are the cornerstone of the safety and effectiveness of elderly surgery.Only by strengthening the perioperative management of the elderly can we further reduce the surgery risk,shorten the hospital stay and improve the quality of life.
