摘　　要：疾病分类检索是实现住院病案信息利用的重要方式和手段,为帮助病案信息管理人员提高疾病分类检索能力,文章主要介绍疾病分类检索基础(基本概念、应用范围和实际意义)、疾病分类检索的技术方法(布尔逻辑检索、截词检索和检索策略构建)以及分析具有代表性的疾病分类检索案例。具体检索方法为:根据检索申请者的需求,明确检索目标,确定检索方案;分析关键词的逻辑关系,确定检索途径及检索表达式,必要时可增加检索限定条件;根据检索结果不断调整检索式,以优化检索策略。病案信息管理者通过学习疾病分类检索方法,提高疾病分类检索能力,方能不断满足医疗机构和上级卫生行政管理部门对病案信息管理人员的疾病分类检索的能力要求。Disease classification retrieval is an important way and means to realize the utilization of hospitalized medical record information,In order to help medical record information management personnel improve the ability of disease classification and retrieval,this article mainly introduces the basis of disease classification retrieval(basic concepts,scope of application and practical significance) and disease classification retrieval technology Methods(Boolean logic retrieval,word truncation retrieval,and retrieval strategy construction) and analyses representative disease classification retrieval cases.The specific retrieval methods are:clarify the retrieval target and determine the retrieval plan according to the needs of the retrieval applicant;analyze the logical relationship of the keywords,determine the retrieval path and retrieval expression,and add retrieval restrictions if necessary;continuously adjust the retrieval formula according to the retrieval results,in order to optimize the search strategy.Only by learning disease classification and retrieval methods and improving disease classification and retrieval capabilities,medical record information managers can continuously meet the requirements of medical institutions and higher-level health administrative departments for disease classification and retrieval capabilities of medical record information managers.
