新型中药敷料联合富血小板血浆技术治疗慢性创面的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察新型中药敷料联合富血小板血浆(PRP)技术治疗慢性创面的临床效果.方法将40例慢性创面患者分为新型中药敷料联合PRP技术组和常规换药联合PRP技术组,每组20例.两组患者常规基础治疗相同,应用PRP技术治疗后,新型中药敷料组给予新型中药敷料换药处理,常规换药组给予常规换药处理.结果应用PRP技术治疗后,新型中药敷料换药组和常规换药组7 d能够进行植皮或皮瓣修复的患者分别是14例(70%)和4例(20%);14 d后分别是5例(25%)和15例(75%),两组比较差异显著(P<0.05).结论新型中药敷料联合PRP技术治疗慢性创面的效果较好,不仅能促进慢性创面的愈合、缩短病程周期,更早的为植皮或皮瓣修复治疗提供有利条件,又可减轻患者疼痛及创面瘢痕增生.Objective To observe the clinical effect of new traditional Chinese medicine dressing combined with platelet-rich plasma(PRP)in the treatment of chronic wound.Method 40 patients with chronic wounds were divided into new traditional Chinese medicine dressing combined with PRP technology group,conventional dressing change combined with PRP technique group,with 20 patients in each group.After PRP treatment,the first group was treated with new traditional Chinese medicine dressing,and the second group was treated with routine dressing.Results After PRP treatment,the effective rates of skin grafting or flap in the new traditional Chinese medicine dressing change group and the conventional dressing change group were 14 cases(70%)and 4 cases(25%)respectively;After 14 days,the effective rates of skin grafting or flap were 5 cases(20%)and 15 cases(75%)respectively,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new traditional Chinese medicine dressing combined with PRP technology has a good effect in the treatment of chronic wounds.It can not only promote the healing of chronic wounds,shorten the course cycle,provide favorable conditions for skin grafting or flap treatment earlier,but also reduce patients’pain and wound scar hyperplasia.
