摘　　要：目的分析医院-社区-家庭一体化模式对患儿肺功能及照顾者压力的影响。方法选择2017年9月至2019年12月我院收治的支气管哮喘患儿92例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各46例。对照组进行常规护理,观察组进行医院-社区-家庭一体化模式管理。两组患儿均干预4个月。观察两组哮喘控制度、患儿肺功能、照顾者压力。结果两组患儿哮喘控制度评分、肺功能(FEV1、FEC、PEF、FES)评分、家庭环境量表评分较治疗前高,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组父母压力指数评分较治疗前低,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医院-社区-家庭一体化模式对哮喘患儿监测效果好,通过社区医院干预,减少家长在医院陪护时间,缓解家长压力,同时合理运动能改善患儿肺功能。Objective To analyze the effect of hospital-community-family integration mode on pulmonary function of children with asthma and caregivers′stress.Methods A total of 92 children with bronchial asthma who were treated in our hospital from September 2017 to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 46 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care,and the observation group received hospital-community-family integrated management.Both groups received management for 4 months.The degree of asthma control,children′s pulmonary function,and caregivers′pressure were observed in the two groups.Results The asthma control score,pulmonary function(FEV1,FEC,PEF,FES)score and family environment scale score of the two groups of children were higher than those before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores in parental stress index in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The hospital-community-family integration mode has a good effect on monitoring children with asthma.Through community hospital intervention,parents can reduce the time spent in hospital accompanying the children and their pressure is relieved.At the same time,reasonable exercise can improve children′s lung function.
