摘  要:针对姬塬油田注水井注水压力高,欠注严重,常规酸化效果差,有效期短的问题,提出一种水力多级脉冲酸化工艺:首先优化缓速酸酸液体系,再运用多级脉冲造缝,最后挤入酸液实现水井增注。根据姬塬油田的物性和储层伤害原因,优选出了一种缓速酸酸液体系:8%HCl+3%HF+2%HBF_(4)+3%HEDP+3%乙酸+1.5%聚环氧琥珀酸钠(缓蚀剂)+0.5%OB-2(助排剂)。该酸液体系配伍性好,在常温和60℃时静置12h,无沉淀物和悬浮物出现;在60℃条件下经过8h的溶蚀,最终溶蚀率达到了33.25%,有较好的溶蚀速率,表明该酸液体系有较好的溶蚀性能;该酸液对Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)和Mg^(2+)的抑制率超过85%,具有很好的沉淀抑制性;岩心驱替实验表明,该酸液体系能明显改善地层渗透率。缓速酸液体系在姬塬油田X井进行了现场试验,注水压力由22.3MPa下降到18.9MPa,累计增注量已达4804m^(3),降压增注效果明显。In view of the problems such as high pressure of water injection,a serious condition of under injection,poor conventional acidizing effect and short effective period,a multi-pulse stamping acidification technology was proposed in Jiyuan Oilfield.Firstly,the retarded acid solution system was optimized,and then the micro-cracks were produced by multi-pulse stamping.Finally,the acid solution was squeezed into the well to increase the injection rate.According to the physical properties of Jiyuan Oilfield and the damage factors of reservoir,a retarded acid solution system was preferred,8%HCl+3%HF+2%HBF_(4)+3%HEDP+3%acetic acid+1.5%sodium poly epoxysuccinate(corrosion inhibitor)+0.5%OB-2(drainage aid).The acid solution system has good compatibility and no precipitate or suspended matter appears after standing for 12h at room temperature and 60℃.After 8h dissolution at 60℃,the final dissolution rate reaches 33.25%,which shows that the acid solution system has good dissolution performance.The inhibition rate of the acid solution on Ca^(2+),Fe^(3+) and Mg^(2+) is more than 85%,showing good precipitation inhibition.The core displacement experiment shows that the acid solution system can significantly improve the formation permeability.The field test of the retarded acid system has been carried out in Well X of Jiyuan Oilfield.The results show that the waterinjection pressure decreases from 22.3MPa to 18.9MPa,and the accumulative injection volume reaches 4804m^(3).It has achieved a good effect of reducing pressure and increasing injection.
