摘 要:动态相对渗透率(相渗)常作为已开发但无试验相渗的区块、井区或层位的参考相渗。通过Eclipse软件数值模拟建立注水油藏直井开发模型,使用模型输入相渗和模型输出流量/压差计算的无量纲采油采液指数,对比了“水油比法”和“张型近似理论水驱曲线法”动态相渗求解方法的精度,验证了方法的适用油藏类型,并对比了真实油藏的试验相渗和动态相渗曲线的差异。研究结果表明,张型近似理论水驱曲线法计算的动态相渗与数值模拟输入相渗较为接近,预测的无量纲采油采液指数与模型中的流量/压差数据计算的结果基本一致,对倾角较小的注水和天然边水驱动油藏的预测精度较高,对底水驱动油藏的预测精度较低,动态相渗计算结果与实验室相渗归一化结果一致性较高;水油比法动态相渗基于稳态法相渗实验过程,与油田实际开发过程有本质不同,计算结果误差较大。建议在相关研究中使用张型近似理论水驱曲线方法计算动态相渗。Dynamic relative permeability is often used as a reference relative permeability in the developed blocks,wells or formations without experimental relative permeability.The vertical well development model of water injection reservoir was established by numerical simulation of Eclipse software in the paper.The dimensionless production oil/fluid indexes calculated by model input relative permeability and model output flow/pressure difference were used to compare the accuracy of the dynamic relative permeability solution methods of“water-oil ratio method”and“Zhang’s approximate theoretical water drive curve method”.The applicable reservoir types of the method were verified,and the differences between the experimental relative permeability and the dynamic relative permeability curves of the real reservoirs were compared.The results show that the dynamic relative permeability calculated by Zhang’s approximate theoretical water drive curve method is very close to the input relative permeability by numerical simulation,and the predicted dimensionless production oil/fluid index is basically consistent with the calculated results of flow/pressure difference data in the model.The prediction accuracy is high for water injection and natural edge water floodingreservoirs with small dip angles,and low for bottom water flooding reservoirs,and the dynamic relative permeability calculation results are in good agreement with the laboratory relative permeability normalization results.The dynamic relative permeability of water-oil ratio method is based on the experimental process of steady-state relative permeability,which is essentially different from the actual development process of oilfields,and the calculation result has a large error.It is suggested to use the Zhang’s approximate theoretical water drive curve method to calculate the dynamic relative permeability in related studies.
