摘  要:为获得抗黄萎病的棉花品种,本研究以106份棉花种质资源为供试材料,本试验采用人工伤根蘸菌法对棉花成株期进行抗病性表型检,发现均值的相关系数r^(2)与各环境下的鉴定结果相关性均在0.5以上,表明田间温室的鉴定结果呈现极显著相关。用组间连聚及欧式平方距离法将106份资源材料分为5大类。其中,Ⅰ类包含‘806-1'和‘石远321'等32份高抗材料,占总体材料的30.2%;Ⅱ类包含‘10599'和‘中棉49'等35份抗病材料,占供试材料的33%;Ⅲ类包含‘08401'和‘C1470'等30份耐病材料,占供试材料的28.3%;Ⅳ类包含,军棉1号,和‘新陆早26'等7份感病材料,占供试材料的6.6%;Ⅴ类包含‘吉扎'和‘齐L3'2个免疫材料,占供试材料的2%。本研究结果表明,所采用的供试资源材料的抗性水平非单一化,说明收集的供试棉花品种的遗传背景相对丰富,鉴定结果可为棉花抗病育种工作提供优质的亲本材料,为杂交群体构建提供基础。In order to obtain cotton varieties resistant to Verticillium wilt, this study used 106 of cotton germplasm resources as test materials. This experiment was conducted in Shihezi field nursery in Xinjiang for disease resistance identification at the adult stage, and artificial root dipping fungi were used in the greenhouse. The study found that the identification results of the field greenhouse showed a significant correlation, and the correlation coefficient r^(2) of the mean value was above 0.5 in each environment. The clustering between groups and the European square distance method were used to cluster 106 resource materials into 5 categories. Among them,Class Ⅰ contains 32 high-resistant materials such as ’806-1’, ’Shiyuan321’, accounting for 30.2% of the total materials;Class Ⅱ includes ’10599’, ’Zhongmian49’ and other 35 disease-resistant materials, accounting for 33% of the tested materials;Class Ⅲ includes ’08401’, ’C1470’, etc. 30 disease-resistant materials, accounting for 28.3% of the tested materials;Class Ⅳ includes 7 susceptible materials such as ’Junmian1’, ’Xinluzao26’, accounting for 6.6% of the tested materials;Class Ⅴ includes ’Giza’ and ’Qi L3’, there are 2 materials, which are immune, accounting for 2% of the test materials. The results of this study show that the resistance level of the tested resource materials is not uniform, indicating that all the tested cotton germplasm resources are rich in resistant materials, which can provide high-quality parent materials for disease-resistant breeding.
