摘 要:为了获得优质抗病大白菜种质资源,以抗根肿病普通大白菜与橙色大白菜杂交的F_(2)分离群体为试材,对202个分离单株进行橙色叶球和抗根肿病分子标记鉴定。结果表明,51个单株含有纯合橙色叶球基因,37个单株含有纯合抗根肿病基因。最终筛选得到8个纯合抗根肿病橙色叶球单株,单株编号分别为8、17、24、50、107、134、155和168。本研究明确了大白菜F_(2)分离群体中橙色叶球基因和抗根肿基因聚合情况,获得了纯合抗根肿橙色叶球大白菜单株,为大白菜育种提供了科学指导和重要资源。In order to obtain Chinese cabbage germplasm resources with high-quality and good disease-resistance,totally 202 individual plants of F_(2) segregation population from hybrid of clubroot resistance Chinese cabbage and orange Chinese cabbage as parents were identified with molecular markers of orange-head and clubroot resistance together.The results showed that 51 individual plants were homozygous at orange gene loci and 37 individual plants were homozygous at clubroot resistance gene loci.Finally,8 plants with homozygous orange-head markers and clubroot resistance markers were chosen,which were numbered as 8,17,24,50,107,134,155 and 168.The study clarified the recombination of orange-head genes and clubroot resistance genes in F_(2) segregation population,and meanwhile the homozygous clubroot resistance and orange-head Chinese cabbage plants was obtained,which provided scientific evidence and elite germplasm resources for Chinese cabbage breeding.
