摘 要:青贮玉米是生产奶、肉等畜产品重要的饲料来源,选育高产、优质、抗逆青贮玉米新品种对畜牧业健康发展具有重要作用。‘渝青386'是以自选系‘B313'为母本,‘渝P54'为父本,经人工有性杂交,利用杂种优势选育而成的青贮玉米新品种。两年多点区域试验平均产量为21122.2 kg/hm^(2),—年多点生产试验平均产量为18810.4 kg/hm^(2),比对照品种'雅玉青贮8号'分别增产14.6%、13.4%。该品种抗大、小斑病,中抗弯孢叶斑病和茎腐病。全株粗蛋白含量9.19%,淀粉含量30.66%,中性洗涤纤维含量40.47%,酸性洗涤纤维含量20.65%。通过连续三年试验,各项相关指标表明‘渝青386'具有品质优、高产、抗逆性强、农艺性状好等优点,应用前景广阔,对推进粮改饲结构调整,种养循环农业发展,农业节本增效起到较大的促进作用。Silage corn is an important feed source for the production of milk, meat and other animal products. The breeding of new silage corn varieties with high yield, high quality and high stress resistance plays an important role in the healthy development of animal husbandry. The new silage corn variety ’Yuqing386’ was bred from ’B313’as the female parent and ’YuP54’ as the male parent by artificial sexual hybridization and heterosis use. For 2-year regional trials, the average output was 21 122.2 kg/hm~2, which was 14.6% higher than the control variety’Yayuqing 8’. For 1-year productive trials, the average output was 18 810.4 kg/hm^(2), and it was 13.4% higher than the control variety ’Yayuqing8’. It is resistant to corn northern leaf blight and southern leaf blight, and moderate moderately resistant to stem rot and bending cell leaf spot disease. And it has excellent quality with crude protein content of 9.19%, starch content of 30.66%, neutral detergent fiber content of 40.47%, and acid detergent fiber content of 20.65%. Through three consecutive years of ex periments, the relevant indicators showed that the’Yuqing386’ had the advantages of better quality, high yield, strong stress resistance, good agronomic traits and so on.The application prospects of ’Yuqing386’ is broad, which could play a great role in promoting structural adjustment of grain to feed reform, development of cycle agriculture and realizing agricultural saving costs and raising benefit.
