摘  要:疾病分类编码在国内有多个应用版本,编码映射是编码数据跨版本准确传输的常用方案。文章以疾病分类编码临床版和医保版2个编码库为基础,尝试构建准确的编码映射字典库。依据代码和名称2个变量,可将2个编码库中编码条目分成4个子集,并通过VBA代码实现循环比较。在2个编码库中,代码和名称均相同的编码条目有30 188条,占各自编码条目总数的86.98%和93.73%;余下代码和或名称不同的编码条目存在一对多、多对一、交叉对应和无对应的关系,需要人工根据代码、名称、代码的亚目、名称的内涵等建立映射关系。映射字典库的建立,提升了管理人员的编码质控能力,保障了编码数据的准确传输,为各项考核评价做好数据支撑。There are many application versions of disease classification codes in China,and coding mapping is a common scheme for accurate transmission of coded data across versions.This paper attempts to construct an accurate coding mapping dictionary based on the clinical and medical codes of disease classification.According to the two variables of code and name,the code items in the two code libraries can be divided into four subsets,and the cyclic comparison is realized through VBA code.There are 30188 code items with the same code and name in the two code libraries,accounting for 86.98% and 93.73% of the total number of code items respectively.The remaining code items with different codes and/or names have one-to-many,many-to-one,cross correspondence and no correspondence relationships,which require manual establishment of mapping relationships according to codes,names,suborders of codes,and connotations of names.The establishment of mapping dictionary library improves the coding quality control ability of managers,ensures the accurate transmission of coding data,and provides data support for various assessment and evaluation.
