摘　　要：ICD-11软组织肿瘤分类轴心为生物学行为、病理类型和部位,生物学行为分为原发恶性、继发恶性、良性、不定和未知。在良性和原发恶性肿瘤分类中区分间叶组织和非间叶组织肿瘤。ICD-11软组织肿瘤主要以病理学类型作为关键词进行搜索,以内嵌浏览器进行后组配。ICD-11建立中英文编码网站,编码工具设置匹配项、排除显示和尝试灵活搜索等新功能。ICD-11每年都进行修订,其操作界面、功能模块和后组配等逐步完善,流程进一步优化便捷。相关部门应即时更新中文网站,缩小与WHO版本的差距。编码人员应了解学习ICD-11电子化编码工具,为ICD-11在我国顺利实施做好准备。ICD-11 soft tissue tumors are classified into biological behavior,pathological type and location.Biological behavior is divided into primary malignant,secondary malignant,benign,uncertain and unknown.In the classification of benign and primary malignant tumors,mesenchymal and non mesenchymal tumors were distinguished.ICD-11 soft tissue tumors were mainly searched by pathological types as keywords,and then matched by embedded browser.ICD-11 establishes Chinese and English coding websites,and sets up new functions such as "match","exclude display" and "try flexible search" in coding tools.ICD-11 is revised every year,its operation interface,function module and post assembly are gradually improved,and the process is gradually optimized and convenient.Relevant departments should immediately update the Chinese website to narrow the gap with who version.Coders should understand and learn ICD-11 electronic coding tools to prepare for the smooth implementation of ICD-11 in China.
