下睑眶周韧带收紧联合眶膈脂肪瓣重置术矫治睑袋松弛伴泪沟畸形的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用下睑眶周韧带收紧联合眶膈脂肪瓣重置睑袋整复术矫正睑袋松弛伴泪槽沟畸形的临床效果。方法:选取2018年10月-2020年6月笔者医院行下睑整形术的58例就医者,所有就医者均使用下睑眶周韧带收紧联合眶膈脂肪瓣重置术,术后随访6~12个月,留取手术前后照片进行对比观察,评价临床效果及术后满意度。结果:58例睑袋膨出泪槽沟明显者,术后睑颊结合部平整,泪槽沟明显改善。52例就医者(占91.3%)对手术效果非常满意,6例就医者(8.7%)对手术效果满意。结论:下睑眶周韧带收紧联合眶膈脂肪瓣重置睑袋整复术可恢复和协调下眼睑的美学吸引力,是一种安全有效的治疗方案。Objective To investigate the clinical method and postoperative effect of correcting pouch relaxation with lacrimal groove deformity by tightening lower orbital peri-pliable band combined with orbital diaphragmatic fat flap replacement pouch reconstruction.Methods From October 2018 to June 2020,58 patients who underwent blepharoplasty in the author’s hospital were selected,and all the patients used the lower bleral periorbital ligament tightening combined with orbital diaphragm lipid flap reset,followed up for 6 to 12 months after surgery,and kept the photos before and after the operation for comparative observation to evaluate the clinical effect and postoperative satisfaction.Results In 58 cases,the tear grooves of the eyelid bags were puffed out,and the eyelid and cheek junctions were smoothed after surgery,and the tear grooves were significantly improved.52 patients(91.3%)were very satisfied with the results of the operation,and 6 patients(8.7%)were satisfied with the results of the operation.Conclusion It is a safe and effective procedure to tighten the lower orbital peri-pliable band combined with orbital diaphragmatic fat flap to restore and coordinate the aesthetic attraction of lower eyelid.
