“易眼九美”技术在眼周年轻化中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨“易眼九美”技术在眼周年轻化中的临床诊疗技术对提高眼周年轻化的临床效果。方法:应用“易眼九美”技术,对笔者医院109例就医者进行临床观察,对其进行临床评估分型诊治,针对九大眼周问题细纹、睑袋、泪沟、鱼尾纹、黑眼圈等分别采取不同的治疗方案,如能动素真皮层填充、A型肉毒毒素注射、穴位刺激等方法进行干预治疗。结果:所有就医者治疗前后,眼部的细纹、睑袋、泪沟、“鱼尾纹”、黑眼圈、颧骨部位、“印第安纹”、眉尾下垂、上眼眶凹陷九大问题得到较好改善,均未出现明显不良反应,外观满意,治疗后3个月、6个月随访,疗效稳定,就医者总满意度为94.5%。结论:“易眼九美”技术在眼周年轻化诊治中,采用独特的技术与手法针对各种眼周问题进行个性化、精细化的诊疗方案,针对性强,效果明显,值得临床推广应用。Objective This paper studied on the technique of Yi Yan Jiu Mei,Which improves the clinical effect of periocular rejuvenation.Methods This study researched 109 subjects in our hospital,they were treated with Yi Yan Jiu Mei technique of periocular rejuvenation.We divided patients into 9 classes according to the appearance of nine problems,such as fine lines,eye bags,tears groove,crow’s-feet,black rim of the eye.We intervene in different methods,including kinetin injection,botulinum toxin injection,acupoint stimulation,etc.Results The above problems were improved after treatment,include fine lines,pouch,lacrimal groove,"crow’s feet",dark eye circles,cheekbone site,"Indian lines",drooping eyebrow tail and depression of upper orbit.The subjects were follow-up for 3-6 months,there were no adverse reactions,the efficacy was stable after treatment,and the total satisfaction rate of patients was 94.5%.Conclusion Yi Yan Jiu Mei is a unique technique designed refined treatment,according to individual symptoms,clinical classification,which is obvious curative effect,it’s worth popularizing on the clinical application.
