毫针联合外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在面部年轻化治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨毫针联合外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在面部年轻化中的应用效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将2020年1月-2020年12月在笔者医院进行面部年轻化治疗的110例就医者分为对照组与观察组,每组55例。对照组就医者给予面部毫针治疗,观察组就医者给予面部毫针联合外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子治疗。比较两组就医者的治疗效果、面部衰老评分、就医者满意度评分及不良反应。结果:观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组(96.36%vs 81.82%,P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的面部衰老评分明显低于对照组[(0.37±0.15)分vs(1.02±0.59)分,P<0.05],就医者满意度评分明显高于对照组[(84.77±6.59)分vs(70.11±5.40)分,P<0.05]。两组均没有发生明显不良反应。结论:面部毫针联合外用重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子在面部年轻化中的应用效果显著,安全性好,就医者满意度高。Objective Compared the application effect of facial millineedles and facial millineedles combined with topical recombinant human alkaline fibroblast growth factor in facial rejuvenation.Methods According to the random number table method,110 patients who received facial rejuvenation treatment in author hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 cases in each group.The patients were received facial filiform needle treatment in the control group,and the patients were received facial filiform needle combined with topical recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor in the observation.The therapeutic effect,facial aging scores,patients’satisfaction scores and adverse reactions were compared between the groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation was significantly higher than that in the control group(96.36%vs 81.82%,P<0.05).The facial aging scores,patients’satisfaction scores in the observation was significantly lower than that in the control group[(0.37±0.15)points vs(1.02±0.59)points,P<0.05].The patients’satisfaction scoresin the observation was significantly higher than that in the control group[(84.77±6.59)points vs(70.11±5.40)points,P<0.05].There were no obvious adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The facial filiform needle combined with opical recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor has remarkable effect in facial rejuvenation,and the safety was good and patients’satisfaction was high.
