摘　　要：4000 m^(3)大型复合板球罐与传统球罐相比建造技术复杂,尤其是复合板的焊接技术。针对复合板特点,制定了焊接工艺评定,分别按最大模拟焊后热处理(Max.PWHT)及模拟最小模拟焊后热处理(Min.PWHT)进行焊接试验,对比验证工艺评定试样的力学性能及耐腐蚀性。通过理化试验得到的数据显示,其结果均满足设计及规范要求,从而保证了复合板球罐的制造质量。The construction technology of 4 000 m^(3) large clad plate spherical tanks is complex compared with traditional spherical tanks, especially for the welding technology of clad plate.The welding process evaluation was carried out for clad plate, and Max.PWHT and Min.PWHT were simulated respectively for the welding test to verify the mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the evaluation specimens through comparison.The data obtained through chemical and physical tests show that the results all meet the design and specification requirements, which guarantees the manufacturing quality of the clad plate spherical tank.
