摘  要:基于JB 4732—1995《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》多年的实施情况,介绍了该标准修订的必要性和迫切性,并重点阐述了新制定的压力容器分析设计国家标准的结构变化、适用范围的调整、主要技术内容的变化等。以基于失效模式的设计理念为统领,实现该系列标准的有机结合,阐明标准制定的意义和现实作用。该标准作为TSG 21《固定式压力容器安全技术监察规程》的协调标准将对法规提供有效的技术支撑。Based on the implementation of JB 4732—1995 Steel Pressure Vessels—Design by Analysis,the necessity and urgency of revising the standard was introduced with focus on the structural changes,adjustment of application scope and changes of main technical contents of the new national standard for design of pressure vessels by analysis.Guided by the design concept based on failure mode,the organic combination of this series of standards was realized,and the significance and practical role of this standard were expounded.As the harmonized standard of TSG 21 Supervision Regulation on Safety Technology for Stationary Pressure Vessels,the standard will provide effective technical support for the laws and regulations.
