摘 要:为评估某海洋调查船的新型轮缘侧推装置强度问题,建立船-侧推装置整体模型,采用计算流体动力学雷诺平均(RANS)方法,并考虑自由面的影响,计算船舶在前进航速下的水动力,得到船-侧推装置受力及载荷分布特性。在此基础上,将载荷评估结果导入有限元模型,采用单向流固耦合方法对侧推装置的结构强度进行计算分析,得到侧推装置应力/应变分布。根据强度评估得知,侧推装置的最大变形出现在封板远离支架处,且强度满足要求。To evaluate the strength of a rim-driven bow thruster in an ocean survey ship,the integral model of ship & bow thruster is set up.Considering the influence of free surface,the hydrodynamic problem of the ship under ahead service speeds is solved by using computational fluid dynamics RANS method,the force and load distribution characteristics of ship & bow thruster is obtained.On this basis,the hydrodynamic loads are exported to the finite element analysis code,the characteristic of the distribution of stress & strain is obtained through the unidirectional fluid solid coupling method.According to the strength evaluation,the maximum deformation of the bow thrust device appears at the place where the sealing plate is far away from the bracket,and the strength meets the requirements.
