摘　　要：近几年来LPG货运市场C5货品运输十分火热,一批以前未批准载运有毒液体物质的LPG船,向船级社申请运输戊烷、戊烯、异戊二烯等C5货品。按照法规要求,载运有毒液体物质,向海事局送审《程序与布置手册》。因LPG船的布置特点,在手册编制过程中要特别关注货罐卸货、通风、扫舱以及卸货设备出现故障情况下的操作描述。本文结合CCS船级社对液化气船的《程序与布置手册》提出的意见,对手册中的重点内容进行解析,并提出了应对措施。In recent years,the transportation of cargo C5 is very popular in LPG freight market.Some LPG vessels that have not been approved to carry noxious Liquid substances apply to the classification society to transport cargo C5 such as pentane,pentene and isoprene.According to the requirements of the rules,the Procedures and Arrangements Manual must be sent to the maritime safety administration for approval for carrying noxious liquid substances.Due to the layout characteristics of LPG vessels,special attention should be paid to the operation description of cargo tank unloading,tripping,ventilation,and failure of unloading equipment in the process of compiling the manual.Based on the opinions of the CCS on the Procedures and Arrangements Manual of LPG vessels,the key contents in the manual are analyzed,and practical countermeasures are put forward.
