浅谈修期管控措施在船舶修理项目管理中的应用

摘　　要：在专业化、技术化、劳动力参与程度较高的修船行业,为了更好地组织生产、实现经营目标,应用修期管控方法来管理船舶修理这一复杂过程,使修后船舶技术状态满足要求。本文对以往修理拖期原因进行分析,重点总结修船生产管理中应用修期管控方法,制定和实施修期管控措施,实现缩短修理周期的最终目标。In the specialized,technical and labor-intensive ship repair industry,in order to better organize production and achieve business objectives,the repair period control method is applied to manage the complex process of ship repair,so that the technical state of the repaired ship can meet the standards.This paper summarizes the reasons for repair delay in the past,focuses on summarizing the application of repair period control methods and formulating and implementing repair period control measures in ship repair production management,so as to achieve the ultimate goal of shortening repair cycle.
