摘 要:由于空间结构尺寸及加工工艺限制,风机模化设计不能整机同比例缩放,需对受限位置的几何尺寸进行调整。本文以某空调系统盘管机内置多翼离心风机为研究对象,为增大风量,对多翼离心风机的叶轮和蜗壳进行模化设计。采用数值计算方法研究了4种蜗壳缩放设计方案、2种叶轮缩放设计方案以及8种叶轮与蜗壳的匹配方案对多翼离心风机气动性能的影响,获得了满足设计要求的最佳匹配设计方案。数值结果表明:当蜗壳保持不变时,在2种叶轮缩放设计方案中,性能最优的叶轮风量最大增加24.12m^(3)/h。与原型机整体模化放大设计方案相比,基于叶轮与蜗壳匹配设计的多翼离心风机在全工况条件下加权风量增加了3.23%。通过多翼离心风机内流动分析,发现采用最佳叶轮-蜗壳匹配方案时,叶轮流道内的旋涡尺度与强度均有所减小,叶道内流场分布更为均匀。Limited by the space structure size and processing technology,the modeling design of the fan cannot be achieved with the same dimension with the whole machine.It is necessary to adjust to the geometric size of the restricted position.In this paper,a multi-blade centrifugal fan in a coil unit of an air conditioning system is taken as the research object,the impeller and volute of the multi-blade centrifugal fan are modeled and designed for increasing the air volume.Numerical calculation method is used to study the effects of 4 volutes scaling design schemes,2 impellers scaling design schemes,and 8 impeller-volute matching schemes on the aerodynamic performance of the multi-blade centrifugal fan,the best matching design schemes is obtained in this research which meets the design requirements.Numerical results show that when the volute remains unchanged,the air volume of the impeller with the best performance is increased by 24.12m^(3)/h at the maximum value by comparing with another impeller in the two impeller scaling design schemes.Compared with the overall modeling scale-up design schemes of the prototype,the multi-blade centrifugal fan based on the matching design of the impeller and the volute has increased air volume by 3.23%under the full working conditions.Through the flow analysis of the multi-blade centrifugal fan,it is found that when the best impeller-volute matching scheme is adopted,the vortex size and intensity in the impeller flow passage are reduced,and the flow field distribution in the blade passage is more uniform.
