图书馆和谐度评价指标体系的构建及其优化

摘　　要：在分析影响图书馆和谐相关因素的基础上,从系统论的角度,给出了图书馆和谐度的概念,讨论了构建图书馆和谐度评价指标体系的基本原则,并从影响图书馆和谐的人与环境因素入手,构建了图书馆和谐度三级评价指标体系。针对现有评价体系的繁复性、冗余性,基于灵敏度分析,提出了优化方案,利用指标灵敏度给出了简化指标体系的算法步骤。最后,结合实例验证了该方法的可行性,得到了燕山大学图书馆运行状态隶属于和谐的结论。Based on the analysis of the related factors affecting harmony in library,this paper gives the concept of the harmonious degree from the perspective of system theory.Furthermore,it discusses the followed principles constructing of evaluation index system for the harmonious degree in library,and constructs the three ranks’evaluation index system according to the factors in human and surroundings affecting the library harmony.And then aiming at the heaviness,complication and redundancy in evaluation index system,the optimization method simplifying redundant indexes is presented based on sensitivity,and the steps of algorithm simplifying index system are given by using index sensitivity.Finally,the feasibility of this method is verified by combining with an example,and the conclusion that the operation state of Yanshan University Library belongs to harmony is obtained.
