摘 要:核心稳定性是花样滑冰运动员高质量发挥技术水平和有效预防损伤的基础,从运动解剖学、运动生理学和运动生物力学角度分析悬吊训练对提高花样滑冰运动员核心稳定性的作用机制,为训练提供新思路与科学依据。悬吊训练是利用悬吊形成的不稳定平面,通过强化神经—肌肉本体感受性反射,对花样滑冰运动员核心部位肌肉尤其是深层稳定肌进行针对性的运动练习,并运用独特的生物力学的运动链理论,对身体弱链接进行练习,提高核心稳定性,弥补常规核心训练的弊端与不足,对传统花样滑冰运动员核心训练方法进行有益补充。Core stability is the basis for figure skaters to give high quality play to their technical level and effectively prevent injury.This paper analyzes the mechanism of suspension training on improving core stability of figure skaters from the perspectives of sports anatomy,sports physiology and sports biomechanics,and provides new ideas and scientific basis for training.Suspension training,the formation of unstable plane using suspension,through strengthening nerve muscle proprioception reflex,especially deep stability of figure skater core parts of the body muscle to sports practice,and make use of the unique biomechanics of kinematic chain theory,the weak links in practice to the body,improve core stability,make up for the defects and deficiencies of conventional core training It is a beneficial supplement to the core training methods of traditional figure skaters.
