摘　　要：完善校园冰雪运动评价引导机制,为中小学冰雪特色学校冰雪运动的发展提供建设和监管依据。基于AHP层次分析理论知识结构体系思想,运用文献综述法、专家调查权重法和统计等研究方法,深入分析影响黑龙江省中小学冰雪特色校校园冰雪运动开展的因素。从组织领导、条件保障、教育教学和训练竞赛四个方面构建黑龙江省中小学冰雪特色校评价一级指标体系,旨在完善校园冰雪运动评价引导机制,以评促建、以建促优,引导青少年冰雪运动健康有序发展,为我国冰雪运动后备人才梯队建设提供保障,早日实现冰雪强国梦。Improve the evaluation and guidance mechanism of campus ice and snow sports to provide construction and supervision basis for the development of ice and snow sports in primary and secondary schools.Based on the AHP level analysis theoretical knowledge structure system ideas,using literature review method,expert survey weight method and statistics and other research methods,in-depth analysis of the factors affecting the development of ice and snow sports on campus in Heilongjiang Province primary and secondary schools.The first-level evaluation index system for the ice and snow characteristic schools of primary and secondary schools in Heilongjiang Province was constructed from the four aspects of organizational leadership,condition guarantee,education and teaching,and training competitions,and used this to improve the school ice and snow sports evaluation guidance mechanism,and promote construction by evaluation and construction Excellent,guide the healthy and orderly development of youth ice and snow sports,provide guarantee for the construction of the reserve talents echelon of ice and snow sports in my country,and realize the dream of making the country strong in ice and snow as soon as possible.
