摘 要:为了探究阻燃剂与温拌剂复合改性的技术对沥青性能的影响规律,通过两种温拌剂(Sasobit和EC-120)与不同的无机阻燃剂配比和FRMAX阻燃剂对SBS沥青复合改性,进行配方设计,利用改性沥青的黏度与极限氧指数确定最佳配方,并对改性沥青进行高低温流变性能测试.结果表明:阻燃温拌复合改性增加SBS沥青的极限氧指数;降低了SBS沥青的黏度,增大沥青的流动性和高温敏感性,降低了其拌和温度;同时提高了其低温敏感性,降低沥青低温开裂性.In order to explore the influence of the technology of compound modification of flame retardant and warm-mix agent on asphalt performance,the formula design of SBS asphalt was carried out by mixing two warm-mix agents(Sasobit and EC-120)with different inorganic flame retardants and FRMAX flame retardant.The viscosity and limiting oxygen index of modified asphalt were used to determine the best formula,and the rheological properties of modified asphalt were tested at high and low temperatures.The results show that the flame retardant warm mix compound modification increases the limiting oxygen index of SBS asphalt.The viscosity of SBS asphalt is reduced,the fluidity and high temperature sensitivity of asphalt are increased,the mixing temperature is reduced,the low temperature sensitivity is improved,and the low temperature cracking of asphalt is reduced.
