摘  要:为适应燕麦产业的快速发展,满足人们对保健食品的需求,采用皮、裸燕麦两个物种多亲本渐进式杂交技术,以系谱法选育出高产、抗旱、高抗坚黑穗病、适应性广、β-葡聚糖含量高的裸燕麦新品种坝莜14号。区域试验结果显示,坝莜14号平均产量3150.07 kg/hm^(2),比对照坝莜1号增产25.10%,比坝莜3号增产19.46%;品质检测结果显示,籽粒蛋白质含量13.63%,粗脂肪含量9.89%,粗淀粉含量60.32%,β-葡聚糖含量4.98%(3年平均值);抗旱性鉴定试验结果表明,在12个参试品种中坝莜14号干旱条件下产量最高;坚黑穗病抗病性鉴定结果表明该品种达高抗。In order to adapt to the rapid development of oat industry and meet the people’s demand for health food,the technology of multi-parent progressive hybridization of hulled and naked oat was adopted,the new naked oat variety Bayou 14 with high yield,drought resistance,high resistance to smut,wide adaptability and highβ-glucan content was bred by pedigree method.The results of regional experiment showed that the average yield of Bayou 14 was 3150.07 kg/hm^(2),and the maximum yield was 5785.50 kg/hm^(2),which was 25.10%higher than that of Bayou 1 and 19.46%higher than that of Bayou 3.The quality test results showed that the grain protein content was 13.63%,the crude fat content was 9.89%,and the crude starch content was 60.32%,β-glucan content 4.98%(3-year average).The results of drought resistance identification test showed that among the 12 tested varieties,Bayou 14 had the highest yield under drought conditions.The identification results of resistance to head smut showed that the variety reached high-resistance level.
