摘  要:采用APN排班模式,考虑我国医院护士排班的实际覆盖需求约束条件,构造成本、偏好为目标函数的整数规划模型。引入并改进偏好矩阵与覆盖需求的产生方法,运用Gurobi优化器和Python语言编程,选取较优的偏好矩阵与覆盖需求排班指标,得到满意的排班方案。算例结果表明该模型的有效性及实用性,可以为医院排班提供一定的辅助参考作用。APN scheduling model was used to construct an integer programming model with cost and preference as objective functions,considering the constraints of actual coverage demand of nurses scheduling in Chinese hospitals.By introducing and improving the generation method of preference matrix and coverage demand,Gurobi optimizer and Python programming language were used to select the optimal preference matrix and coverage demand scheduling index,and a satisfactory scheduling scheme was obtained.The results of an example show that the model is effective and practical,and can provide some auxiliary reference for hospital scheduling.
