摘　　要：针对目前制药行业废水处理问题和环境污染问题,分析了废水特征污染因子。首先,以上海市制药企业为例分析制药生产工艺的原辅料,研究污染物的排放情况;其次,对生物制药废水的污染构成和特点进行分析,包括氨氮排放情况、生物制药废水、中药加工废水、化学制药废水等构成;最后,对制药行业废水特征的控制过程进行分析。通过制药废水特征污染因子的控制指标分析,避免环境破坏。The characteristic pollution factors of wastewater are analyzed for the current wastewater treatment problems and environmental pollution problems in pharmaceutical industry.Firstly,the raw and auxiliary materials of pharmaceutical production process are analyzed and the discharge of pollutants are studied by taking Shanghai pharmaceutical enterprises as an example;Secondly,the pollution composition and characteristics of biopharmaceutical wastewater are analyzed,including the composition of ammonia nitrogen discharge,biopharmaceutical wastewater,traditional Chinese medicine processing wastewater and chemical pharmaceutical wastewater;Finally,the control process of wastewater characteristics of pharmaceutical industry is analyzed.Through the analysis of the control indexes of the characteristic pollution factors of pharmaceutical wastewater,corresponding environmental damage is avoided.
