摘 要:煤炭资源在我国能源结构中一直占比最高,为国民经济健康发展奠定坚实基础,是确保国家能源安全保障的战略性物资。但是受燃煤技术影响,燃煤锅炉运行中,依然存在能源利用效率低下、污染排放较为严重、环境治理难度大等问题。本文简述SNCR的工艺原理和技术特点,并阐述65t/h以下的燃煤链条锅炉烟气脱硝工艺的技术特点、存在的问题及一些优化建议。Coal resources have always accounted for the highest proportion in my country’s energy structure,which lays a solid foundation for the healthy development of the national economy and is a strategic material to ensure national energy security.However,due to the influence of coal-fired technology,there are still problems in the operation of coal-fired boilers,such as low energy utilization efficiency,serious pollution emissions,and difficult environmental governance.In this paper,the process principle and technical characteristics of SNCR are briefly described,and the technical characteristics,existing problems and some optimization suggestions of the flue gas denitration process of coal-fired chain boilers below 65t/h are described.
