摘  要:乏燃料水池需要通过池水换热设备排出组件的衰变热以维持安全的池水温度,并通过离子交换设备除去池水中的放射性金属离子及腐蚀性的离子。针对乏燃料水池的冷却、过滤,世界各国有池外设备和池内设备两种方案,池外方案适用于较小容量的水池,池内方案适用于较大容量的水池。目前国内乏燃料水池均采用池外冷却、过滤方案,随着水池容量的增加,池外方案局限性凸显,池水泄漏风险、设备尺寸和设备数量大大增加。未来大容量乏燃料贮存水池采用池内冷却、过滤的设备方案为更优选择。由于池内冷却、过滤在国内尚未工程应用,本文针对我国乏燃料水池池内设备安装及检修方案设计的空白,对大容量乏燃料贮存水池池内设备的快速安装固定方法、检修更换的特殊要求进行分析研究,并提出建议性方案。The spent fuel pool needs to use the pool water heat exchange equipment to release the decay heat of the components to maintain a safe pool water temperature,and to remove the radioactive metal ions and corrosive ions in the pool water through the ion exchange equipment.For the cooling and filtration of spent fuel pools,countries around the world have two solutions:outside-pool equipment and inside-pool equipment solution.The outside-pool solution is suitable for smaller-capacity pools,and the inside-pool solution is suitable for larger capacity pools.At present,the domestic spent fuel pools are all cooled and filtered outside the pool.As the pool capacity increases,the limitations of the outside-pool solution are highlighted,and the risk of pool water leakage,equipment size and number of equipment increases greatly.In the future,the large-capacity spent fuel storage pool adopts the inside-pool equipment scheme of cooling and filtering as a better choice.Since the cooling and filtration in the pool have not been applied in engineering in China,this paper aims at the blank in the design of the equipment installation and maintenance plan in the spent fuel pool in China,and the equipment in the large-capacity spent fuel storage pool is analyzed.The quick installation and fixing method,the special requirements of maintenance and replacement are analyzed and researched,and the suggested scheme is put forward.
