摘 要:为研究固体推进剂在湿法缠绕包覆工艺过程中的应变特性,基于光纤光栅传感器,搭建了固体推进剂药柱在连续缠绕包覆中的动态应变测试系统,以实现对压伸成型的改性双基推进剂在湿法缠绕包覆工艺中的动态应变进行测试,分析了不同缠绕层数下的药柱受到的应变情况和固化过程的应变特性及其原因。结果表明,基于光纤光栅传感器的固体推进剂药柱湿法缠绕包覆工艺中动态应变测试技术,能够准确测试出湿法包覆缠绕工艺中固体推进剂所受到应变的变化特性,恒定的缠绕张力和送纱速率作用下,当前缠绕层会对已缠绕层的张力产生一定的放松作用,表现出“放松效应”;固化过程中树脂放热和降温时的收缩是导致药柱表面产生应变的主要因素;在整个工艺中,推进剂药柱表面受到的应变均在其结构最大破坏应变2.5%范围内,能够满足湿法纤维缠绕包覆工艺。基于光纤光栅传感器的固体推进剂药柱湿法缠绕包覆工艺中动态应变测试技术,可为推进剂药柱在湿法纤维缠绕包覆工艺中受到的动态应变特性研究提供有利的技术支撑。In order to study the strain characteristics of solid propellant in wet-winding process,a dynamic strain measurement system for solid propellant grain in continuous winding process was built based on fiber bragg grating(FBG)sensor.The dynamic strain of modifi double base propellant formed by compression and extension was measured in the wet-winding process,and the grain strain under different winding layers and the strain characteristics during curing as well as their causes were analyzed.The results show that the FBG sensor-based dynamic strain measurement technology of solid propellant grain in the wet-winding process can ac-curately measure the strain variation characteristics of solid propellant in the wet-winding process.Under the action of constant wind-ing tension and yarn feeding rate,the current winding layer has a certain relaxation effect on the tension of the wound layer,which is called“relaxation effect”.During the curing process,the heat release of resin and shrinkage as cooling are the main factors causing strain on the grain surface.In the whole process,the strain on the surface of propellant grain is within 2.5%of its maximum structural failure strain,which could meet the wet-winding process requirements.In conclusion,the FBG sensor-based dynamic strain measure-ment technology of solid propellant grain in wet-winding process can provide favorable technical support for the study of dynamic strain characteristics of propellant grain in wet-winding process.
