柯城区森林资源数据与第三次土地调查数据的对接融合分析

摘　　要：当前,柯城区林业部门所管理的森林资源数据与国土部门第三次土地调查(简称“三调”)的数据,如地类、边界、属性等存在较多的不一致,导致2个部门在管理上经常出现不同意见。为解决2个部门数据管理的问题,将2个部门的管理数据进行充分融合显得尤为必要。该文着重分析了2个部门数据对接融合技术要点,并进行了质量控制和成果运用分析。The forest resources data managed by the Forestry department of Kecheng district are inconsistent with the data of the third land survey of the land department(here in after referred to as“three survey”)at present,such as land type,boundary,attribute,resulting in different opinions,there are great disputes between the two depart⁃ments in management.In order to solve the problem of data management of the two departments,it is particularly nec⁃essary to fully integrate the management data of the two departments.This paper focuses on analyzing the key points of data integration technology of the two departments,and briefly discusses the quality control and results application analysis.
