摘  要:为了全面提升学生的综合素质,树立正确的价值观念,需要寓课程思政于粮油食品加工技术教学中。该研究探索了课程思政实施路径,以“三维并进,德育为先”为课程思政教学目标,创新教学方法,深入挖掘思政元素,以期为食品专业相关课程思政建设提供参考。In order to comprehensively improve students′comprehensive quality and establish correct values,curriculum thinking and politics are integrated into the teaching of grain and oilprocessing technology.Actively explore the implementation path of curriculum ideological and political education,build a“Trinity”curriculum ideological and political teaching goal,innovate teaching methods,and deeply explore ideological and political elements,in order to provide reference for the ideological and political construction of food related courses.
